What’s on to keep the kids entertained this summer?
Jacksons at Jedburgh, a down to earth, Farm Experience attraction in the Scottish Borders (just over a 1 hour drive from both Edinburgh & Newcastle) invites you for a series of special events at the family farm. With most activities being no extra charge to your normal farm entry you're in for happy pockets, happy kids AND an unforgettable summer adventure that will create cherished memories for years to come!
Watch your children immerse themselves in tales of wonder & step into their imagination as our skilled storytellers transport them to magical realms through captivating tales. Each story telling session will have a crafting activity alongside for children and parents to take part in if they wish.

1st July - Mythical creature crafts to accompany Story telling
5th July - Fairy doors - decorate a fairy door to put up at the farm or take home
19th July - Make your own magical garden. Plant a dinosaur or fairy themed garden to take home!
29th July - Farm crafts to accompany story telling
9th August - Crafts themed alongside the story telling
12th & 13th August - Craft extravaganza WEEKEND. A whole weekend of crafts at the farm. The Sky Is The Limit.
Additional Charge: Mostly FREE, £5 or less (select date in booking platform for cost)
Planting for the Bees: Cultivate a love for nature & discover the importance of these incredible pollinators and learn how you can contribute to their well-being. Get your hands dirty as you plant bee-friendly flowers, make a bee & butterfly bath . We’ll be creating a haven for these essential creatures while adding a touch of natural beauty to the farm.
Children can also make bee bombs to take home if they wish!

Discover life on the farm & ignite the curiosity of your budding farmers with our engaging Mini Farmer Sessions. Kids will have a blast as they learn about daily farm routines, interact with the farm animals, and experience the joy of caring for them. These sessions offer an authentic hands-on experience that will create lasting memories. This is a led session with a set start & finish time. The session will last approx 1hour. Children will receive a certificate upon completion and are then free to enjoy the rest of the farm attraction.

Splashing fun awaits you with our Wet Wednesday at the farm! Water games & water play all day for the water lovers around you!

Sensory Days - All the feels, all the sensations. Come to enjoy: a wee barefoot trail, water fun, animal textures and more!
